Hands On Laser Coaching $75

A private 60 minute training appointment at Thomsen Customs in Hays.

Learn through practical instruction tailored to your experience and goals. Topics can include artwork preparation, positioning, material testing, engraving settings and improving your workflow.

Training focuses on xTool lasers. Basic practice materials are included. Specialty products for a particular project are purchased separately.

On Site Laser Training $200

Get personalized instruction at your home or business using your own xTool lasers.

Includes two hours of private training covering your setup, software, artwork preparation, positioning, material testing and project workflow.

Travel within 15 driving miles of Thomsen Customs in Hays is included. Travel beyond that area is available for an additional mileage charge covering fuel and vehicle expenses.

Your machine must be assembled and operational, with suitable ventilation and practice materials available. Please provide your machine model, software and training goals before the appointment.

This service provides instruction and workflow assistance. Equipment repairs are not included.

NOTE:

Travel is included within 15 driving miles of Thomsen Customs in Hays. Beyond this area, a mileage charge applies to the portion of the round trip exceeding the included 30 miles. This covers fuel and vehicle operating expenses.

Please confirm date availability and item compatibility before purchasing. A suitable workspace, electricity, ventilation, and a controlled engraving area are required. An air purifier is sufficient for standard work; however, if a laser is used, additional safety measures must be confirmed and implemented beforehand.
