Includes equipment setup, pack up and up to one hour of engraving service. Simple text or one supplied logo is included, with one engraving location per item.

Items must be compatible with the equipment and approved before the appointment. Parts must be loose and accessible. Installed plumbing and equipment modification are not included.

Products are supplied by the customer or purchased separately. The number of items completed depends on the material, artwork and handling required.

The booking includes engraving labor during your reserved service period. Products and blanks are purchased separately or supplied by the host with advance approval.

Completed quantities depend on the selected items and designs. This package reserves service time rather than guaranteeing a particular number of finished items.

Full Day Event Engraving $850

Reserve Thomsen Customs for a wedding, business celebration, conference or larger event with an extended personalization experience.

Includes one engraving operator, equipment setup, pack up and up to a ten hour booking window with up to eight hours of active engraving service. Breaks are coordinated with the host.

Includes advance planning for up to three approved text or graphic templates. Guests can personalize their selected option with names, initials, dates or short messages.

The booking includes engraving labor during your reserved service period. Products and blanks are purchased separately or supplied by the host with advance approval.

Completed quantities depend on the selected items and designs. Guest count and expected demand are reviewed beforehand to plan a realistic service schedule.

NOTE:

Travel is included within 15 driving miles of Thomsen Customs in Hays. Beyond this area, a mileage charge applies to the portion of the round trip exceeding the included 30 miles. This covers fuel and vehicle operating expenses.

Appointments requiring overnight travel or other unusual travel arrangements are priced separately before booking.

Please confirm date availability and item compatibility before purchasing. A suitable workspace, electricity, ventilation, and a controlled engraving area are required. An air purifier is sufficient for standard work; however, if a laser is used, additional safety measures must be confirmed and implemented beforehand.
